All HNDZ pieces — including both ready-to-wear and custom orders — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as each item is produced in limited quantities.

We only accept returns or exchanges in cases of a sizing error on our part or a defect in the item received.

If eligible, items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, tags, catalogues, and any complimentary items provided.

If something isn’t right, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Since all HNDZ pieces are made with exclusive hndz prints, please allow up to 21 business days for production.

You’ll receive a WhatsApp updates once your piece is sent and shipped. If you’d like to check on your order status, feel free to message us anytime — we’re always happy to assist.

You will receive a payment link via WhatsApp from Sadad on behalf of HNDZ.

Please note that your order will not be processed until payment is received.

If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled and restocked, and you’ll need to place a new order if the item is still available.
