Terms of service

Order processing takes approximately 2–4 weeks (excluding weekends). This timeframe includes fabric sourcing, shipping, tailoring, and quality control. Processing times may extend during busy seasons or periods of high demand. Estimated production timelines are subject to fabric availability. While HNDZ makes every reasonable effort to meet the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays may occur due to shipping, customs clearance, public holidays, or fabric restocking.

قد يستغرق تنفيذ الطلب من ٢ إلى ٤ أسابيع (باستثناء عطلة نهاية الأسبوع)، ويشمل ذلك شحن الأقمشة، التفصيل، وفحص الجودة. قد تزيد المدة خلال المواسم أو عند ارتفاع ضغط الطلبات. تعتمد المدة التقديرية للإنتاج على توفر الأقمشة، وتبذل هندز قصارى جهدها للالتزام بها، إلا أنه قد تحدث تأخيرات غير متوقعة بسبب الشحن أو التخليص الجمركي أو العطل الرسمية أو إعادة توفر الأقمشة.

HNDZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

هندز غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن أو إجراءات الجمارك أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal details and measurements are accurate before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as production begins immediately. HNDZ is not responsible for incorrect sizing if the official size chart was not reviewed prior to purchase.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة جميع البيانات والمقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب. بمجرد تأكيد الطلب، لا يمكن تعديله أو إلغاؤه نظرًا لبدء عملية التنفيذ. لا تتحمل هندز مسؤولية اختيار المقاس الخاطئ في حال عدم مراجعة جدول المقاسات الرسمي.

Slight variations in color, fabric, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen display, or dye batches. Minor differences in beads or sequins may also occur between batches. These variations do not qualify as defects.

قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة في اللون أو القماش أو التفاصيل بسبب الإضاءة أو عرض الشاشة أو اختلاف دفعات الصباغة. كما قد يختلف لون الخرز أو الترتر بشكل بسيط بين الدُفعات، وهذا لا يُعتبر عيبًا.

Clients are responsible for following the care instructions provided. HNDZ is not liable for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية اتباع تعليمات العناية المرفقة، ولا تتحمل هندز أي مسؤولية عن التلف الناتج عن الغسيل أو الكي أو سوء الاستخدام.

Due to the tailored nature of HNDZ pieces, all orders are considered final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case that an item is delivered defective or not as described. Any issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt review, along with clear photo or video evidence. In accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, all eligible cases will be carefully assessed and resolved accordingly.

نظرًا لطبيعة قطع HNDZ المصممة حسب الطلب، تعتبر جميع الطلبات نهائية. يُقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد فقط في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو عدم مطابقته للوصف، ويُفضل الإبلاغ خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام لضمان سرعة مراجعة الطلب، مع إرفاق صور أو فيديو واضح يوضح العيب. ووفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر، سيتم تقييم الحالات المؤهلة ومعالجتها وفقًا لذلك.

If a customer fails to accept delivery or collect the order within 14 days of the shipping date, the order may be considered unclaimed. HNDZ reserves the right to cancel the order. Any refund, if applicable, will exclude production and processing costs.

في حال عدم استلام الطلب خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشحن، يُعتبر الطلب غير مستلم، وتحتفظ هندز بالحق في إلغاء الطلب، مع خصم تكاليف الإنتاج والتنفيذ إن وجدت.

HNDZ reserves the right to cancel orders in certain cases, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Any payments made will be refunded according to our standard refund procedure.

تحتفظ هندز بالحق في إلغاء الطلب في حالات معينة، مثل نفاد المخزون أو وجود خطأ في التسعير أو الاشتباه في الطلب. سيتم رد أي مبالغ مدفوعة وفقًا لإجراءات الاسترداد المعتمدة.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، قد تترتب رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية سدادها. يُرجى مراجعة القوانين الخاصة ببلدك قبل إتمام الطلب.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time by publishing changes on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت من خلال نشرها على موقعنا، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الخدمات موافقة على هذه التعديلات.
