 GENERAL CONDITIONS | الأحكام العامة

  • By accessing the HNDZ website or placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions.

    • يُعد استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني لـ HNDZ أو تقديم طلب شراء إقراراً من العميل بالاطلاع على الشروط والأحكام المعمول بها والموافقة عليها.

  • HNDZ reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

    • تحتفظ HNDZ بحق رفض الطلبات أو تعليقها أو إلغائها عند وجود أسباب معقولة وفي الحدود المسموح بها قانوناً.

  • Unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful use of the HNDZ website, services, or content is strictly prohibited.

    • يُحظر منعاً باتاً استخدام موقع HNDZ أو خدماتها أو محتوياتها بصورة غير مصرح بها أو احتيالية أو مخالفة للقانون.

 PRODUCT INFORMATION | معلومات المنتجات

  • HNDZ makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, and specifications.

    • تبذل HNDZ الجهود المعقولة لضمان دقة أوصاف المنتجات وصورها ومقاساتها وألوانها ومواصفاتها.

  • Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, beads availability, fabric batches, and production methods.

    • قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة نتيجة الإضاءة وإعدادات الشاشات واختلاف دفعات الأقمشة وطرق التصنيع.

  • Such variations shall not constitute defects unless they materially affect the product or its conformity with the agreed specifications.

    • لا تُعد هذه الاختلافات عيوباً ما لم تؤثر بصورة جوهرية على المنتج أو مدى مطابقته للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

PRINT & PATTERN PLACEMENT | توزيع الطبعات والنقوش

  • The placement of printed motifs, illustrations, and patterns may vary between individual garments.

    • قد تختلف مواضع الرسومات والطبعات والنقوش من قطعة إلى أخرى.

  • Exact print placement shown in product photographs is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

    • لا تضمن HNDZ التطابق التام لمواضع الطبعات الظاهرة في صور المنتجات، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحةً.

  • Natural variations resulting from fabric cutting shall not be considered manufacturing defects where the garment otherwise conforms to its agreed specifications.

    • لا تُعد الاختلافات الطبيعية الناتجة عن قص الأقمشة عيوباً تصنيعية، ما دامت القطعة مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

 HANDMADE & EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS | المنتجات المصنوعة والمطرزة يدوياً

  • Certain HNDZ garments feature hand embroidery, crystals, beads, sequins, and individually applied embellishments.

    • تتضمن بعض قطع HNDZ تطريزات يدوية وكريستالات وخرزاً وترترًا وتفاصيل زخرفية تُثبت بصورة فردية.

  • Minor differences in stitching, embroidery placement, bead positioning, and finishing are inherent to handmade craftsmanship.

    • تُعد الاختلافات الطفيفة في الغرز ومواضع التطريز والخرز والتشطيبات من الخصائص الطبيعية للصناعة اليدوية.

  • Such differences shall not constitute defects unless they materially affect the garment's quality, functionality, or advertised appearance.

    • لا تُعد هذه الاختلافات عيوباً ما لم تؤثر بصورة جوهرية على جودة القطعة أو وظيفتها أو مظهرها المعلن عنه.

 MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS | المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب

  • Most HNDZ garments are made to order or produced in limited quantities.

    • تُصنع معظم قطع HNDZ حسب الطلب أو تُنتج بكميات محدودة.

  • Production may commence following order confirmation and may include fabric sourcing, cutting, tailoring, embroidery, and finishing.

    • قد تبدأ عملية التصنيع بعد تأكيد الطلب، وتشمل توفير الأقمشة وقصها والخياطة والتطريز والتشطيبات النهائية.

  • Once production has commenced, made-to-order purchases are generally final in relation to change-of-mind cancellations, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

    • بعد بدء التصنيع، تُعد مشتريات المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب نهائية فيما يتعلق بالإلغاء لمجرد تغيير الرأي، مع مراعاة قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.

 PROCESSING TIME | مدة تجهيز الطلبات

  • Orders generally require approximately 2–6 weeks for production and processing, excluding weekends, unless otherwise stated.

    • تستغرق عملية تصنيع وتجهيز الطلبات عادةً مدة تتراوح بين أسبوعين وستة أسابيع، باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

  • This timeframe does not necessarily include courier delivery.

  • Processing may be extended during collection launches, peak seasons, public holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond HNDZ's reasonable control.

  • Customers will be informed where a substantial delay affects the fulfillment of their orders.

 PREORDERS & LIMITED COLLECTIONS | الطلبات المسبقة والمجموعات المحدودة

  • Preorder, limited-edition, and made-to-order products may not be available for immediate dispatch.

    • قد لا تكون المنتجات المتاحة للطلب المسبق أو الإصدارات المحدودة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب جاهزة للشحن الفوري.

  • Estimated production and shipping dates are subject to material availability and production capacity.

    • تخضع مواعيد التصنيع والشحن التقديرية لتوفر المواد والقدرة الإنتاجية.

  • HNDZ reserves the right to close preorders or limit quantities when available materials or production capacity have been exhausted.

    • تحتفظ HNDZ بحق إغلاق الطلبات المسبقة أو تحديد الكميات عند نفاد المواد المتاحة أو اكتمال الطاقة الإنتاجية.

 SIZING & MEASUREMENTS | المقاسات والقياسات

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and ensuring the accuracy of all submitted measurements.

    • يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية مراجعة دليل المقاسات والتأكد من صحة جميع القياسات المقدمة.

  • HNDZ may rely on customer-provided measurements when producing garments.

    • يجوز لـ HNDZ الاعتماد على القياسات المقدمة من العميل عند تصنيع الملابس.

  • HNDZ shall not be responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect customer measurements, unsuitable size selection, or changes in measurements after purchase.

    • لا تتحمل HNDZ مسؤولية مشكلات المقاس الناتجة عن تقديم قياسات غير صحيحة أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب أو تغير القياسات بعد الشراء.

  • This does not apply where the garment was produced incorrectly against the agreed specifications.

    • لا يسري ذلك في حال تصنيع القطعة بصورة غير مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.


PREORDERS & LIMITED COLLECTIONS | الطلبات المسبقة والمجموعات المحدودة

  • This does not apply where the garment was produced incorrectly against the agreed specifications.

    • لا يسري ذلك في حال تصنيع القطعة بصورة غير مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

 ORDER MODIFICATIONS | تعديل الطلبات

  • Requests to change sizes, measurements, fabrics, colors, embroidery, or designs may not be accepted once production has commenced.

    • قد لا تُقبل طلبات تغيير المقاسات أو القياسات أو الأقمشة أو الألوان أو التطريز أو التصاميم بعد بدء التصنيع.

  • Approved modifications may result in additional charges and extended production timelines.

    • قد تترتب على التعديلات المعتمدة رسوم إضافية أو تمديد مدة التصنيع.

  • All modifications are subject to production feasibility and applicable law.

    • تخضع جميع التعديلات لإمكانية تنفيذها والأحكام القانونية المعمول بها.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS | إلغاء الطلبات

  • Customers may request cancellation of made-to-order purchases before production commences.

    • يجوز للعملاء طلب إلغاء المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب قبل بدء عملية التصنيع.

  • Once production has begun, cancellation solely due to a change of mind is generally not permitted.

    • بعد بدء التصنيع، لا يُسمح عادةً بإلغاء الطلب لمجرد تغيير الرأي.

  • Mandatory cancellation rights under applicable Qatar law remain unaffected.

    • تظل حقوق الإلغاء الإلزامية المقررة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة قطر محفوظة.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES | الإرجاع والاستبدال

  • Made-to-order, tailored, and limited-production purchases are generally considered final sales for change-of-mind purposes.

    • تُعد مشتريات المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو المفصلة أو المنتجة بكميات محدودة مبيعات نهائية فيما يتعلق بتغيير الرأي.

  • Returns or exchanges are not ordinarily accepted due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

    • لا يُقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال عادةً بسبب التفضيلات الشخصية أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب أو تغيير الرأي.

  • Products that are defective, damaged, or materially inconsistent with agreed specifications remain subject to applicable consumer remedies.

    • تظل المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة بصورة جوهرية للمواصفات المتفق عليها خاضعة لحقوق المستهلك ووسائل المعالجة القانونية المعمول بها.

SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS | المنتجات المخفضة

  • Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, archive sales, and clearance events are considered final sales for change-of-mind purposes.

    • تُعد المنتجات المشتراة خلال التخفيضات والحملات الترويجية وتخفيضات الأرشيف والتصفية مبيعات نهائية فيما يتعلق بتغيير الرأي.

  • Retrospective price adjustments are not provided when products are subsequently discounted.

    • لا تُجرى تسويات للأسعار بأثر رجعي عند تخفيض أسعار المنتجات بعد إتمام عملية الشراء.

  • Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

    • تظل الحقوق القانونية المتعلقة بالمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة للمواصفات محفوظة.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS | المنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة

  • Customers are requested to report visible defects, damage, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence.

    • يُرجى من العملاء الإبلاغ عن العيوب الظاهرة أو الأضرار أو المنتجات غير الصحيحة خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، مع إرفاق صور أو مقاطع فيديو واضحة.

  • The 24-hour reporting request is intended to facilitate prompt investigation and does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

    • تهدف مهلة الإبلاغ المطلوبة خلال 24 ساعة إلى تسهيل سرعة مراجعة الشكوى، ولا تُقيّد حقوق المستهلك المقررة قانوناً.

  • Eligible claims shall be reviewed individually, and appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with Qatar Law No. (8) of 2008.

    • تُراجع المطالبات المستحقة بصورة فردية، وتُقدم المعالجة المناسبة وفقاً للقانون القطري رقم (8) لسنة 2008.

 PRICING & PROMOTIONAL CODES | الأسعار ورموز الخصم

  • HNDZ reserves the right to adjust prices for future purchases in accordance with applicable law.

    • تحتفظ HNDZ بحق تعديل أسعار المشتريات المستقبلية وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها.

  • Confirmed and paid orders are generally unaffected by subsequent price changes.

    • لا تتأثر الطلبات المؤكدة والمدفوعة عادةً بالتغييرات اللاحقة للأسعار.

  • Promotional codes may be subject to expiry dates, eligibility requirements, usage limits, and other campaign-specific conditions.

    • قد تخضع رموز الخصم لتواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية وشروط الأهلية وحدود الاستخدام وغيرها من الشروط الخاصة بالحملات الترويجية.

  • Promotional codes cannot ordinarily be combined or applied retrospectively.

    • لا يجوز عادةً الجمع بين رموز الخصم أو تطبيقها بأثر رجعي.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS | الدفع واسترداد المبالغ

  • Payments are processed through SkipCash or other payment methods made available by HNDZ.

    • تُعالج المدفوعات من خلال SkipCash أو وسائل الدفع الأخرى التي توفرها HNDZ.

  • Approved refunds for transactions paid through SkipCash shall be processed to the original payment method wherever technically possible.

    • تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة للمعاملات المدفوعة عبر SkipCash إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك ممكناً من الناحية التقنية.

  • Cash refunds, third-party refunds, and refunds to alternative payment methods are not ordinarily offered for SkipCash transactions.

    • لا تُقدم عادةً المبالغ المستردة نقداً أو إلى أطراف ثالثة أو إلى وسائل دفع بديلة للمعاملات المنفذة عبر SkipCash.

  • Refund processing times depend on the payment provider, card issuer, and banking institution.

    • تعتمد مدة معالجة الاسترداد على مزود خدمة الدفع وجهة إصدار البطاقة والمؤسسة المصرفية.

  • Refunds required by applicable law shall be processed in accordance with legal requirements.

    • تُنفذ عمليات الاسترداد الواجبة قانوناً وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية المعمول بها.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY | الشحن والتوصيل

  • Production timelines and courier delivery periods are separate.

    • تُعد مدة التصنيع منفصلة عن مدة التوصيل بواسطة شركة الشحن.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

    • يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية تقديم بيانات توصيل صحيحة وكاملة.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply where delivery fails due to incorrect information or failure to receive the shipment, subject to applicable law.

    • قد تُفرض رسوم شحن إضافية عند تعذر التوصيل بسبب تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو عدم استلام الشحنة، وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها.

  • HNDZ shall not be responsible for delays solely caused by independent courier operations or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except as required by law.

    • لا تتحمل HNDZ المسؤولية عن التأخيرات الناتجة حصراً عن شركات الشحن المستقلة أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، إلا في الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS | الطلبات غير المستلمة

  • Orders remaining unclaimed for 14 days or more, following reasonable delivery or collection attempts, may be classified as unclaimed.

    • يجوز تصنيف الطلبات التي لم تُستلم لمدة 14 يوماً أو أكثر بعد محاولات معقولة للتوصيل أو الاستلام باعتبارها طلبات غير مستلمة.

  • Additional delivery, return, or non-recoverable production costs may be taken into account where legally permitted.

    • يجوز مراعاة تكاليف إعادة التوصيل أو الإرجاع أو الإنتاج غير القابلة للاسترداد في الحدود المسموح بها قانوناً.

  • Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

    • تظل حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية محفوظة دون تأثر.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS | الطلبات الدولية والرسوم الجمركية

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other destination charges.

    • يتحمل العملاء الدوليون مسؤولية الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد وضريبة القيمة المضافة ورسوم التخليص وأي رسوم أخرى تُفرض في دولة الوجهة.

  • These charges are not included in product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

    • لا تشمل أسعار المنتجات هذه الرسوم، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحةً.

  • Refusal to pay destination customs charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.

    • لا يمنح رفض سداد الرسوم الجمركية في دولة الوجهة العميل حقاً تلقائياً في استرداد المبلغ بالكامل.

  • Any eligible refund may account for legally permissible, non-recoverable costs.

    • يجوز عند تحديد أي مبلغ مؤهل للاسترداد مراعاة التكاليف غير القابلة للاسترداد في الحدود المسموح بها قانوناً.

GARMENT CARE & ALTERATIONS | العناية بالملابس والتعديلات

  • Customers are responsible for following all care instructions supplied with HNDZ products.

    • يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية الالتزام بجميع تعليمات العناية المرفقة بمنتجات HNDZ.

  • HNDZ is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by improper washing, ironing, steaming, storage, or mishandling.

    • لا تتحمل HNDZ مسؤولية الأضرار الناتجة بعد الاستلام عن الغسل أو الكي أو استخدام البخار أو التخزين أو التعامل غير السليم.

  • HNDZ is not responsible for issues resulting from alterations made by customers or third-party tailors.

    • لا تتحمل HNDZ مسؤولية المشكلات الناتجة عن التعديلات التي يجريها العملاء أو خياطون من أطراف ثالثة.

  • Rights relating to pre-existing defects remain unaffected.

    • تظل الحقوق المتعلقة بالعيوب الموجودة قبل إجراء التعديلات محفوظة.

 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY | حقوق الملكية الفكرية

  • All original HNDZ designs, exclusive prints, embroidery compositions, illustrations, photographs, logos, branding, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of HNDZ, to the extent protected by applicable law.

    • تظل جميع تصاميم HNDZ الأصلية وطبعاتها الحصرية وتكوينات التطريز ورسوماتها وصورها وشعاراتها وهويتها التجارية وموادها الإبداعية ملكية فكرية خاصة بها، في حدود الحماية المقررة بموجب القانون.

  • Reproduction, commercial use, distribution, or unauthorized copying of HNDZ creative materials is prohibited.

    • يُحظر نسخ المواد الإبداعية الخاصة بـ HNDZ أو إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها أو استغلالها تجارياً دون تصريح.

  • Purchasing an HNDZ product does not transfer intellectual property rights to the customer.

    • لا يترتب على شراء أحد منتجات HNDZ انتقال حقوق الملكية الفكرية إلى العميل.

PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION | الخصوصية وبيانات العملاء

  • HNDZ may collect personal information necessary for processing orders, payments, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

    • يجوز لـ HNDZ جمع البيانات الشخصية اللازمة لمعالجة الطلبات والمدفوعات والتوصيل وخدمة العملاء ومنع الاحتيال والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية.

  • Customer information shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and electronic commerce laws.

    • تُعالج بيانات العملاء وفقاً لقوانين الخصوصية والتجارة الإلكترونية المعمول بها.

  • Reasonable safeguards shall be implemented to protect personal information.

    • تُتخذ تدابير حماية معقولة للمحافظة على أمن المعلومات الشخصية.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS | المراسلات الإلكترونية

  • By placing an order, customers consent to receiving electronic communications relating to their purchases.

    • يُعد إتمام الطلب موافقة من العميل على تلقي المراسلات الإلكترونية المتعلقة بمشترياته.

  • Such communications may include confirmations, invoices, production updates, payment notifications, and shipping information.

    • قد تشمل هذه المراسلات تأكيدات الطلبات والفواتير وتحديثات التصنيع وإشعارات الدفع ومعلومات الشحن.

  • Marketing communications remain subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

    • تخضع المراسلات التسويقية لمتطلبات الموافقة والخصوصية المعمول بها.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES | خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

  • HNDZ may engage third-party providers for payment processing, courier delivery, website hosting, analytics, and related services.

    • يجوز لـ HNDZ الاستعانة بمزودي خدمات خارجيين لمعالجة المدفوعات والتوصيل واستضافة الموقع الإلكتروني والتحليلات والخدمات المرتبطة بها.

  • Independent providers may operate under their own terms and policies.

    • قد تخضع الجهات المستقلة لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.

  • HNDZ shall not be liable for independent third-party conduct beyond its reasonable control, except where required by law.

    • لا تتحمل HNDZ مسؤولية تصرفات الأطراف الثالثة المستقلة الخارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، إلا في الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون.

FRAUD & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES | الاحتيال والاستخدامات المحظورة

  • Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment activity, misuse of promotional offers, impersonation, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

    • تُحظر المعاملات الاحتيالية واستخدام وسائل الدفع دون تصريح وإساءة استخدام العروض الترويجية وانتحال الهوية ومحاولات الوصول غير المصرح بها.

  • HNDZ may verify, suspend, refuse, or cancel suspicious transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

    • يجوز لـ HNDZ التحقق من المعاملات المشبوهة أو تعليقها أو رفضها أو إلغاؤها عند وجود أسباب معقولة وفي الحدود المسموح بها قانوناً.

  • Customers retain their legitimate rights to pursue payment disputes through applicable channels.

    • يحتفظ العملاء بحقوقهم المشروعة في تقديم الاعتراضات المتعلقة بمعاملات الدفع عبر القنوات المختصة.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL | الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة

  • HNDZ shall not be considered in breach of these Terms solely due to delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

    • لا تُعد HNDZ مخالفة لهذه الشروط لمجرد التأخر أو تعذر التنفيذ نتيجة ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، مع مراعاة الأحكام القانونية المعمول بها.

  • Such circumstances may include natural disasters, customs disruptions, government restrictions, transport interruptions, and major supplier shutdowns.

    • قد تشمل هذه الظروف الكوارث الطبيعية والتعطلات الجمركية والقيود الحكومية واضطرابات النقل وتوقف الموردين الرئيسيين.

  • HNDZ shall take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume operations where possible.

    • تتخذ HNDZ خطوات معقولة لإبلاغ العملاء بالتأخيرات الجوهرية واستئناف تنفيذ الالتزامات متى كان ذلك ممكناً.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & APPLICABLE LAW | حدود المسؤولية والقانون المعمول به

  • These Terms are intended to comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including Law No. (8) of 2008 on Consumer Protection and Decree-Law No. (16) of 2010 concerning Electronic Transactions and Commerce.

    • وُضعت هذه الشروط بما يتوافق مع قوانين وأنظمة دولة قطر، بما في ذلك القانون رقم (8) لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك، والمرسوم بقانون رقم (16) لسنة 2010 بشأن المعاملات والتجارة الإلكترونية.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, HNDZ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    • إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل HNDZ المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية الناشئة حصراً عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any mandatory consumer right or legal remedy.

    • لا يجوز تفسير أي حكم من هذه الشروط على أنه يستبعد أو يقيد أو يُسقط أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك أو أي وسيلة انتصاف قانونية.
