Refund policy

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only accepted in the rare case that an item is delivered defective or not as described. Any issue should be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt review, along with clear photo or video evidence showing the defect. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with no signs of wear or alteration.

Each case will be carefully assessed in accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008. If the claim is approved, HNDZ will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted in cases of change of mind, incorrect sizing due to failure to review the size chart, personal preference, minor variations in color or fabric due to lighting or production batches, or damage caused after delivery, including improper handling, washing, or storage.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.

يُقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد فقط في الحالات النادرة التي يتم فيها تسليم منتج معيب أو غير مطابق للوصف. يُفضل الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب لضمان سرعة مراجعتها، مع إرفاق صور أو فيديو واضح يوضح العيب. يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة، وغير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية دون أي آثار استعمال أو تعديل.

سيتم تقييم كل حالة بعناية وفقًا لـ Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008، وفي حال الموافقة على الطلب، ستقوم هندز بتحديد الإجراء المناسب، سواء بالإصلاح أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد، وذلك حسب طبيعة الحالة.

لا تُقبل طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد في حالات تغيير الرأي، أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب نتيجة عدم مراجعة جدول المقاسات، أو لأسباب تتعلق بالتفضيل الشخصي، أو وجود اختلافات طفيفة في اللون أو القماش بسبب الإضاءة أو دفعات الإنتاج، أو في حال حدوث تلف بعد الاستلام نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو التخزين.

في حال الموافقة على الاسترداد، سيتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. يرجى ملاحظة أن مدة معالجة الاسترداد قد تختلف حسب مزود الدفع والبنك الخاص بالعميل.
